Shipping

Standard Shipping

Most orders ship within 4-8 weeks after your order is placed not including preorders. We’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note, we may require additional handling time due to inventory availability, order volume, or other factors. In such case, we will contact you via email to inform you of any delays. 

Expedited Shipping Options

If you have rush order or special shipping requests, please reach out to our team before you place your order. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request. Our team will work with you to get your items to you as quickly and easily as possible.

Please be mindful that some shipping factors are outside our control. Things such as weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and carrier specific delays may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We now only ship with UPS. All orders over $150 receive free shipping when discount code is applied. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to order personalization, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake I have made or shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

We do reserve the right to request proof of the defect and return of the item before the replacement is processed. 

*** I do not offer order cancellations or refunds. Please check your order before placing. You have up to 24 hours once the order is placed to make any personalization modifications. Items are not able to be changed. 

Processing Return Requests, Refunds, and Credits

In limited scenarios —only when clearly stated, such as a sold-out Jellybean item—a refund or store credit may be issued. The type of compensation (refund or store credit) will be determined based on the specific circumstance. Approved requests are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Store credit is good for 90 days.
